About This Role
- Lead IT operations performance, governance, financial management, and workforce planning in the GCC region.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and lead a high-performing operations organization encompassing PMO, VMO, and operational capabilities with accountability and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years progressive experience in IT Operations, PMO, Portfolio Management, or Shared Services with leadership of enterprise-scale operations.
- Experience managing IT budgets, forecasting, financial controls, procurement, and spend optimization.
- Proven capability in governance, resource prioritization, delivery tracking, and portfolio management within complex organizations.
- Work Experience Required: 14+ years

- Experienced in designing and implementing scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and management systems in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across business, technology, and global stakeholders.
- Analytical with experience building KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics to enable data-driven decisions and improve operational maturity.
