About This Role
- Lead design, operation, security, and scalability of enterprise IT infrastructure across data centers, cloud, networks, and end-user computing with a focus on 99.9%+ availability and performance.
- Develop and execute infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives including cloud adoption, automation, SRE, and AIOps transformation.
- Manage vendor and financial aspects including contract negotiations, cost optimization, and CAPEX/OPEX budgeting while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, mission-critical platforms with strong expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP, data centers, and virtualization.
- Hands-on with Linux, Windows, enterprise networking, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity planning (BCP), and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform.
- Experience implementing ITSM/ITIL processes, monitoring, observability, and AIOps; compliance with ISO 27001 and regulatory standards like SEBI, RBI, CERT-In, UIDAI.
