About This Role
- Perform monthly and quarterly financial closing activities including accruals, warranty, inventory accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage standard costing, costed BOM, intercompany transfer prices, and perform variance and PPV analysis to control spend and productivity.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles for spend, inventory and variances; liaise with auditors and government authorities for compliance and audit processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Cost Accountant/Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years experience OR MBA/M.Com with 10–12 years experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is mandatory.
- Experience in operations finance and management reporting within Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Automotive or Heavy Industry sectors.
- Location: Naroda, Ahmedabad with hybrid work arrangement and minimal travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational finance roles with strong costing, MIS, and variance analysis expertise in manufacturing or heavy industry environments.
- Capable of managing cross-functional coordination and compliance including statutory and audit processes.
- Proficient with ERP systems and comfortable working in hybrid setups with minimal travel.
