About This Role
- Own end-to-end execution and delivery of product roadmap for CIB business lines within the bank.
- Manage delivery schedules, report progress, handle bottlenecks, scope creep, and lead scrums with technology and business stakeholders.
- Drive support functions and strategic initiatives ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience with Lending Application Suites (e.g., nCino Loan Platform, LoanIQ, ACBS).
- Knowledge of Agile Jira framework, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with workflow and BI tools like ServiceNow and Tableau/Power BI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with and leading strategic initiatives in banking domain, especially Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB) and lending products lifecycle.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to collaborate globally and influence senior leadership.
- Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments with focus on delivery and risk control.
