About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and delivery of complex software development projects and teams.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements, manage timelines, and improve development processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant and practical software development experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related quantitative/engineering field or equivalent experience.
- Proficient programming skills in multiple languages or software tools, with expertise in design patterns, data engineering, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), version control, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience in technical writing, diagramming, and ensuring software security and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both front-end and back-end development frameworks using design patterns and modern software practices.
- Has leadership experience in software project management, including mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in data engineering and the ability to incorporate continuous process and technology improvements.
