About This Role
- Design and develop learner-centered finance technical training programs including e-learning modules and assessments.
- Manage and operate global Learning Management System (Workday Learn) including content loading, enrollment, and reporting of L&D metrics.
- Facilitate onboarding programs and finance networking events, coordinate logistics, and maintain digital governance of learning platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in instructional design, content development, and facilitation.
- 3+ years managing multiple instructional design and L&D projects within complex organizations.
- Proficiency in LMS administration (Workday Learn) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise, Adobe suite).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in finance or tech/e-commerce sector learning and development environments.
- Strong operational skills managing virtual/in-person sessions, scheduling, data reporting, and executive stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with SMEs and senior leaders with agility and execution focus.
