About This Role
- Manage end-to-end operations of large-scale corporate cafeteria(s), ensuring food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee vendor performance and contract adherence, conduct audits, and drive service improvements based on KPIs and feedback.
- Prepare operational reports and lead initiatives such as employee engagement, food festivals, and cafeteria transformation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations management, specifically in large corporate cafeterias or institutional catering.
- Must be available for on-site work in Mumbai (Thane).
- Notice Period: 1 month or immediate joiner.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing vendor contracts, cafeteria budgets, and performing operational audits with knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Skilled in analyzing consumption trends, customer feedback, and operational KPIs to drive improvements.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups including Workplace, Procurement, HR, and Business teams.
