About This Role
- Own requirements and delivery for one or more Enterprise Data Management platform service capabilities such as entity and identifier resolution, reference data management, data models, or release management.
- Shape and communicate the roadmap for assigned capabilities to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable client value.
- Lead client workshops, prioritize competing needs, facilitate design reviews, and track delivery progress while guiding junior team members on domain knowledge and requirements quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in product management or business analysis for software products, preferably in Capital Markets, Financial Services, or Enterprise SaaS.
- Experience in enterprise data management, including security master, entity resolution, identifier cross-referencing, or reference data.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex data management capabilities within financial or investment management platforms with strong domain knowledge of financial markets and the investment lifecycle.
- Strategic operator capable of translating business needs into prioritized, well-defined features while balancing dependencies and risks across engineering and client teams.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and clients globally with polished communication and leadership skills.
