About This Role
- Set and evolve architectural direction for multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) platform ensuring security, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Define and implement reference architectures, design patterns, and infrastructure-as-code standards for consistent, repeatable cloud solutions across product teams.
- Lead architecture reviews, partner with Security and FinOps teams to embed controls and cost management, and mentor engineering teams on cloud best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in cloud or infrastructure engineering, with at least 6 years in cloud architecture roles on AWS and/or GCP.
- Hands-on expertise in core cloud services (compute, storage, networking, identity, data) with strong cloud security knowledge.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform/OpenTofu) and version control (GitHub).
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years, including 6+ years in cloud architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced architect with capability to define enterprise-wide cloud strategies across multiple cloud providers and business units.
- Ability to influence and govern architectural standards and best practices within large, complex organizations.
- Experienced in integrating FinOps practices and security governance into cloud platform designs.
