About This Role
- Build and maintain automation, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling for Carrier's cloud platforms across AWS and GCP.
- Implement infrastructure as code and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes or cloud-native services.
- Collaborate with platform, security, and governance teams to standardize DevOps practices and improve automation and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering with focus on cloud automation.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Experience deploying and managing containerized workloads with Kubernetes or equivalent cloud-native services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-cloud environments, specifically AWS and GCP, with knowledge of cloud security, networking, and IAM fundamentals.
- Skilled in designing reusable CI/CD workflows and shared DevOps tooling for scalability and efficiency.
- Able to integrate security, compliance automation, and observability into pipelines, promoting DevOps maturity and continuous improvement.
