About This Role
- Lead frontend architecture and development for Admin and User portals, focusing on responsive, accessible, and performant UIs handling complex data and workflows.
- Design and build end-to-end features including frontend interfaces, backend APIs, and supporting services, primarily using Java/Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement pixel-perfect UI, maintain shared component libraries, establish frontend best practices, and drive long-term technical vision.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience building complex systems for SaaS or consumer web applications.
- Expertise in frontend development using React, Angular, or Vue with strong proficiency in TypeScript and managing complex application state.
- Experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot, including database design and query optimization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical leader comfortable owning features end-to-end across frontend and backend in a microservices/cloud environment (AWS).
- Experience working on enterprise-grade SaaS products involving complex business domains like dynamic policy configuration and approval workflows.
- Skilled in implementing accessibility (A11y) and localization (l10n) best practices for global user bases, with a focus on maintaining high code quality and operational reliability.
