About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and release applications and platform capabilities supporting organizational technology solutions.
- Contribute across the software development lifecycle with emphasis on coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Develop unit tests and automated test scripts; create rapid prototypes and proof of concepts to validate ideas.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field mandatory.
- Typically less than 2 years of experience developing UI or backend web technologies products/platforms.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or other object-oriented languages and experience with modern UI frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
- This role requires 100% in-office work location; remote work not permitted.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, testing methodologies, and coding best practices.
- Experience or familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Generative AI technologies, and AI agent development is a strong fit.
- Able to operate effectively both independently and collaboratively across geographically distributed teams with ownership and accountability.
