About This Role
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and automation frameworks covering functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing.
- Drive quality metrics, defect management, test coverage monitoring, and release readiness validating compliance with regulatory, safety, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead quality initiatives including continuous improvement, AI-driven testing, shift-left practices, and CI/CD quality gates across software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related STEM discipline.
- 5 - 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript or JavaScript, and experience with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cucumber.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regulated domains like Healthcare or Medical Devices preferred due to applicable regulatory and safety requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate test-related activities as a quality anchor including strategy definition, defect management, and release validation.
- Skilled in collaboration across global cross-functional teams with strong communication and strategic alignment to product goals.
