About This Role
- Own design and implementation of complex full-stack web banking features using Angular and Java.
- Lead technical solution design including frontend architecture, APIs, persistence, and microservices with focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership through coaching, code reviews, managing delivery trade-offs, and improving engineering standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Expertise in Angular, NgRx, RxJS, TypeScript, Java, API design, microservices, and persistence technologies.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and coaching in complex web application delivery.
- Domain experience in regulated banking is a plus but not mandatory.
- German language skills are advantageous for workshops and cross-team communication but not mandatory.

- Able to lead and manage technical complexity in full-stack web application projects within regulated banking environments.
- Experienced in making strategic trade-offs balancing code quality, performance, security, and delivery impact.
