About This Role
- Support and perform routine data analysis, reporting, and operational tasks following defined procedures and standards.
- Maintain data quality through entry, validation, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution involving multiple business systems and reports.
- Assist internal stakeholders by preparing and distributing reports, dashboards, and documentation while escalating non-routine issues appropriately.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Typically less than 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business analytics, business operations or related field.
- 100% in-office work requirement.
- Work Experience Required: Typically < 2 years in related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working under guidance on routine, standardized data and reporting tasks with focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
- Familiarity or interest in risk management/insurance domain is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at various levels and follow documented procedures closely.
