About This Role
- Own and deliver a backend module end to end, including design, development, testing, and timely delivery.
- Write production-level code for agent workflows and backend systems, collaborating closely with senior engineers on technical design and priorities.
- Engage directly with clients through demos and architecture discussions to explain technical decisions and clarify requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, schema design, query optimisation, and caching systems like Redis.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in software engineering.

- Experienced in building and maintaining backend systems for agentic workflows with knowledge of agent loops, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Capable of independent module ownership with decision-making grounded in user needs and project requirements.
