About This Role
- Own linguistic quality for English to Bosnian (Cyrillic) content across UI, marketing, product, legal, and support materials for a major global technology client.
- Act as primary linguistic expert and point of contact for client Language Manager, managing escalations, quality standards, arbitration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead reviewer and post-editor coaching, run calibration and alignment meetings, and deliver structured monthly quality reports based on data analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in Localization Quality Assurance, senior language leadership, or quality governance roles.
- Native-level proficiency in Bosnian (Cyrillic) and professional-level English required.
- Experience managing client stakeholder relationships and formal arbitration/escalation processes.
- Must be physically located in India during engagement; freelance remote with approx 24 hours/month commitment.
