About This Role
- Lead requirement elicitation and translate business needs into detailed epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate backlog refinement to maintain a continuous pipeline of development-ready work aligned with Definition of Ready.
- Track and improve key delivery outcomes including backlog readiness, requirement-related defects, rework, predictability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Experience with enterprise software delivery, digital product development, and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
- Work Location: Bengaluru, hybrid mode; Remote work: No.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging communication between business stakeholders and technical teams within Agile frameworks.
- Proficient in requirement documentation, backlog management, and release planning for software products.
- Familiar with cybersecurity product domains and holding certifications such as PMI-PBA or Agile certifications.
