About This Role
- Lead IT program management for digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives within finance transformation and strategy.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements, solution design, implementation, deployment and change management.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, program governance, and agile delivery to ensure strategic alignment and business value realization.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–14 years of project/program management experience in technology environments.
- Strong technical knowledge in application development (web/mobile), APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms, DevOps basics, and integration/architecture concepts (APIs, Middleware, Microservices, ETL).
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, project planning, tracking, and governance frameworks.
- Location: Delhi. Work Experience Required: 10–14 years in relevant field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple simultaneous technology projects with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and execution plans, facilitating agile delivery including sprint ceremonies.
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled and technology platforms in a finance transformation context.
