About This Role
- Manage end-to-end project operations including planning, risk management, communication, and governance for finance transformation projects.
- Track and control project financials including budgeting, accruals, forecasting, variance analysis, and vendor costs to optimize costs and resources.
- Prepare project deliverables such as project charters, plans, reports, dashboards, and maintain documentation and knowledge management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech or BBA.
- Experience with project finance management, governance, quality management, reporting analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of SDLC, project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, accruals, and variance analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex finance transformation projects with strong financial oversight capabilities.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ADO, Monday.com, Jira) and reporting tools like Power-BI and ServiceNow-ITBM.
- Preferably has experience with project management certification and background in the Energy sector.
