About This Role
- Lead and execute product and project workstreams with strong engineering alignment across Finance and Operations teams, including Real Estate and Private Equity.
- Design and implement scalable, code-driven automation solutions for complex business processes and financial calculation models, prioritizing operational efficiencies.
- Manage end-to-end delivery including requirements translation, user acceptance testing, data migration, and stakeholder communication in a global cross-functional setting.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering, preferably in a hybrid or highly technical role.
- Prior experience in real estate or private equity with knowledge of performance calculations, deal life cycle, forecasting, and investor reporting.
- Strong technical skills including programming and data manipulation (Python, SQL, APIs, data pipelines) and familiarity with software development practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.

- Experience designing or contributing to code-based solutions that modernize legacy systems using modern programming languages and cloud-based services.
