About This Role
- Drive end-to-end SAP Implementation and Transformation projects aligned with client's project/product and IT/business organizations.
- Plan and manage multiple related projects including budget, timeline, resource estimation, and cost/benefit analysis for successful and timely delivery.
- Lead multi-vendor and multi-country project teams, manage escalations, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and ensure adherence to project scope and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years overall experience with minimum 3 years in project management.
- Proven experience leading at least 2 end-to-end SAP Implementation projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules: FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, or QM; must have worked on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC. Excludes ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW, HCM experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent; certifications like PMP/Agile/Scrum Master/Prince2 preferred; must be flexible to travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing SAP projects with global/MNC clients using Activate methodology and agile/lean/DevOps approaches.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, change management, communication, conflict resolution, and servant leadership in complex environments.
- Comfortable handling multi-geography teams and driving project success through coaching, mentoring, and facilitating decision-making.
