About This Role
- Assist customers in the store by sharing product and fashion knowledge to support informed purchase decisions.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure an exceptional customer journey and maintain organized, well-stocked sales floor and back of house.
- Support operational tasks including store opening and closing while representing the brand positively during customer interactions.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience required in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields.
- Passion for fashion and ability to promote products and drive sales in-store.
- Work schedule: 5 days per week.
