About This Role
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure Go, NodeJS, or Python services with high performance and maintainability.
- Design and implement automated test cases and enforce quality standards using CI/CD pipelines to reduce regression risk and support zero-downtime deployments.
- Collaborate with Product Management and UX across multiple time zones to align engineering efforts with business value and continuously improve processes leveraging AI tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of industry programming experience delivering end-to-end production quality software.
- Proficiency in Go, NodeJS, and/or Python; willingness to learn VueJS for full-stack integration.
- Deep understanding of Auth/IAM technologies such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and IAM systems.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud technology concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working within geographically distributed teams using asynchronous communication and GitOps documentation.
- Strong technical leadership with ability to drive consensus and clear direction across multiple time zones.
- Skilled in enforcing development standards through CI/CD and automated testing to maintain high-quality software delivery.
