About This Role
- Manage and perform operational tasks for complex institutional trades, including processing, inquiry research, and transaction reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, support audit and compliance requirements, and lead or participate in process improvement projects.
- Ensure end-of-day queues are cleared according to procedures, support risk management, and deliver against strict deadlines including night shifts and weekend/US off days as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience or equivalent (work experience, training, military experience, or education).
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and US off days as per business demands.
- Experience or knowledge of Pre Matching, Trade Allocations, Affirmations/Confirmations in the US Domestic Market.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ months Institutional Investment Operations experience or equivalent; Education: MBA or bachelor’s degree in finance preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years securities operations background with strong knowledge of pre-settlement, settlement and trade lifecycle processes.
- Experience interacting with external clients (e.g. traders, middle office) with excellent process and product knowledge.
- Ability to operate under pressure, meet strict deadlines, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism handling escalations and issues.
