About This Role
- Manage and execute operational tasks and processes for complex institutional investment trades, ensuring operational excellence and timely completion.
- Collaborate with business partners and teams to resolve issues, support audit and compliance requirements, and contribute to process improvements and transformation projects.
- Provide training or guidance to junior staff and interact with internal/external clients to maintain service quality and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience or equivalent via work, training, military, or education.
- Experience with securities operations and knowledge of trade life cycle including Pre-Matching, Trade Allocations, Affirmations/Confirmations in US Domestic Market.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and US holidays as per business needs.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in securities operations preferred; MBA or bachelor’s degree in finance preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong familiarity with pre-settlement, settlement processes, and trade lifecycle in institutional investments with client and counterparty interaction.
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and maintain effective communication including email and time management.
- Experience driving process improvements and providing training, with operational judgment and compliance knowledge relevant to investment operations.
