About This Role
- Support financial accounting for business lines and control functions, including reviewing ledger accounts, financial statements, and regulatory reports.
- Ensure accuracy by analyzing general ledger, unit reports, and financial systems data under managerial direction.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and uphold company financial control policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting, or Risk Reporting (including work experience, training, military experience, or education).
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance preferred (implied from desired qualifications but not mandatory).
- Working knowledge of IFRS / Ind AS and financial control standards.
- Experience with ERP systems and finance applications; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in accounting, controllership, audit, or financial reporting within banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools like Power BI and Alteryx and exposure to automation or finance transformation projects.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating across organizational levels to meet tight deadlines.
