About This Role
- Manage complex operational processes across the institutional investment trade lifecycle.
- Drive process improvements and support audit and compliance requirements within investment operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and lead or participate in projects to ensure operational excellence and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience or equivalent.
- Experience with securities operations, including Pre Matching, Trade Allocations, Affirmations/Confirmations in the US Domestic Market.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and US holidays as per business requirements.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in relevant institutional investment operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, pre-settlements/settlements, and low affirmation rate analysis with client outreach.
- Experience interacting effectively with clients, traders, and middle office teams with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle time-sensitive operational tasks in a risk-compliant environment.
