About This Role
- Oversee daily Security Operations Center (SOC) activities ensuring 24/7 monitoring, incident detection, and response.
- Lead security incident management including investigation, triage, coordination, and resolution.
- Manage and optimize SIEM systems, mentor SOC analysts, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of cybersecurity experience with 2-3 years in SOC and 1-2 years in leadership or supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, incident response, and network security tools.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in cybersecurity including SOC leadership.

- Experienced in leading SOC teams within a fast-paced, 24/7 monitoring environment with operational oversight responsibility.
- Proficient in technical leadership combining incident management, SIEM optimization, and cross-team collaboration.
- Skilled in automation/scripting (Python, PowerShell) to improve SOC response times and process efficiencies.
