About This Role
- Lead implementation and management of the global Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) program across the India Work Dynamics business, focusing on operational HSSE relevance and compliance.
- Ensure safety of employees and subcontractors by managing risk assessments, incident investigations, and HSSE communications, aligning with client and JLL global standards.
- Develop and manage HSSE teams, client relationships, and vendor compliance to drive a proactive safety culture and deliver measurable HSSE results.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience developing, implementing, and managing HSSE programs in operational management systems within corporate or real estate environments.
- Experience managing HSSE across multiple sites and countries with knowledge of HSSE regulatory environments and ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
- On-site work location required in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years; No explicit mention of educational qualifications or notice period.
