About This Role
- Oversee day-to-day management and service delivery of a team in fund accounting ensuring accuracy of NAV/yield and adherence to SLAs.
- Manage staff activities including issue resolution, process improvements, compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, risk identification, operational controls, and client communication to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance field preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial services and investment products.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
