About This Role
- Lead analysis and define product and technical requirements for Performance and Analytics solutions within Institutional Services.
- Manage end-to-end delivery including testing, rollout, and stakeholder communication for performance and analytics products.
- Serve as subject matter expert and coordinate across Product, Technology, and Service Delivery teams to develop product roadmaps and ensure integration with related systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Financial Services, Investment Analysis, Asset Management, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Investment Performance & Analytics and Investment Accounting in Financial Services.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with large data sets; product development or software development experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in performance and analytics product lifecycle and agile methodologies in a financial or asset management environment.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of product management, technology, and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Able to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership on product status and roadmaps.
