About This Role
- Lead analysis and definition of business requirements, workflows, and data models for performance and analytics products.
- Manage end-to-end product delivery including requirement gathering, testing support, and rollout, serving as subject matter expert in performance and analytics applications.
- Develop and communicate product roadmaps, project plans, and status updates to senior leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Financial Services, Investment Analysis, Asset Management, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Performance & Analytics and Investment Accounting within Financial Services.
- Experience with financial data modeling, advanced data analysis, and strong SQL skills.

- Experienced in product development or product management in financial services focused on investment performance and analytics.
- Able to bridge complex business needs and technical solutions, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across Product, Technology, and Service Delivery teams.
