About This Role
- Support and enhance laboratory IT systems including LABVANTAGE LIMS, Waters Empower, and Veeva in a Medical Devices setting.
- Coordinate project activities involving site SMEs, IT DevOps teams, and software vendors to deliver system implementations, upgrades, and improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes including purchase orders and invoice verification while ensuring compliance with Medical Device regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting LIMS or laboratory systems.
- Hands-on experience with LABVANTAGE LIMS, Waters Empower, and/or Veeva systems.
- Experience working in a Medical Devices regulated environment with understanding of system validation and quality processes.
- Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to translate complex laboratory workflows and regulatory requirements into functional system needs especially for Medical Devices.
- Skilled in vendor management and coordination of procurement activities aligned with project budgets and timelines.
- Experienced in collaborating with diverse stakeholders including technical and non-technical users for project delivery in regulated environments.
