About This Role
- Develop, plan, build, test and document APIs and integration services ensuring high quality with test cases.
- Participate in peer code reviews and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with business analysts and tech leads to deliver technical API solutions and support developer knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in API development.
- Strong Java technical expertise including Java EE (Web Services, REST, JPA) - Java 8 or above, Spring, Spring Boot, SOA, and design patterns.
- Location requirement: Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in API design standards, resource-based API modeling, micro-services architecture, and API security implementation.
- Familiar with CI/CD tools, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and database technologies (SQL & NoSQL).
- Prior exposure to financial/banking domain and ability to handle technical solutions with minimal supervision.
