About This Role
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market and product analytics for biologics and biosimilars across global geographies to inform senior leadership decisions.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and long-term forecasts incorporating market and regulatory factors to evaluate product viability and support investment decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Finance, Strategy, R&D, IP, and Market teams to define product strategy and roadmap aligned with product development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in portfolio management, product management, or business development.
- Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotech or similar, plus MBA with specialization in Finance, Operations, Strategy, or Analytics.
- Hands-on expertise in financial modeling related to licensing, cost analysis, and financial evaluation.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and strong knowledge of drug product development processes and healthcare databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in portfolio analytics with ability to integrate quantitative market data and financial modeling for strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with global pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks, product lifecycle management, and stage gate review processes.
- Capable of collaborating across multiple stakeholders and communicating effectively with senior leadership in ambiguity and complex business environments.
