About This Role
- Lead and mentor team on complex India payroll processing including Workday payroll technical aspects and configuration testing.
- Translate and apply Indian Wage & Hour regulations to payroll processes and system configurations ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Manage payroll audit processes, create technical requirements, execute configuration implementations, and improve payroll operations across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Accounting, Payroll, or Payroll Tax-related roles.
- University degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Experience with Indian Payroll operations including statutory compliance and end-to-end payroll processing.
- Familiarity with ERP tools such as Workday, SAP/Global View, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, and proficiency in MS Office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Indian payroll statutory compliance and payroll operations, including Full and Final Settlement and audit processes.
- Capable of providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and leading process improvements in payroll areas.
- Skilled in adapting to change, managing complex payroll configuration implementations, and coordinating cross-team payroll activities.
