About This Role
- Lead delivery of high-profile technology products and services to drive process transformation, automation, and operational excellence across multiple business units.
- Partner with business and tech leaders to design scalable solutions improving service quality, risk management, and cost-effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years Information Technology experience supporting business services or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in process engineering, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, workflow redesign, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience with automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and intelligent automation.
- Demonstrated application of Generative AI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for practical business process improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large-scale transformation programs delivering measurable efficiency, quality, and risk reduction.
- Skilled in collaborating across functions with strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI and process mining tools such as Celonis for data-driven decision making.
