About This Role
- Perform daily treasury operations including global payments and financial transactions following established procedures.
- Support client implementation and treasury management for U.S. clients ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.
- Coordinate operational activities, resolve issues with stakeholders, and prepare data/reports to support business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of operations support experience (work experience, training, military, or education).
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in controlled operational environments.
- Must be available for rotational shifts with start times between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. next day.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional stakeholder interaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in treasury operations, global payments, financial services processing, or client onboarding.
- Familiarity with banking products, treasury functions, payment flows, and operational controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, preferably with knowledge of Excel macros or automation tools.
