About This Role
- Provide professional remote technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving incidents in Security technologies.
- Maintain incident documentation and service records, ensuring adherence to service level agreements with zero missed SLAs.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure efficient incident resolution and update all relevant systems and knowledge bases.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computing, or related field.
- Associate level certification in Security Technologies (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, ACCA, PCNSA, CCSA).
- Entry level experience in Security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy, including diagnosis and remote support.
- Workplace type: On-site
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working in a pressurized environment with ability to manage multiple tasks according to predefined procedures.
- Capable of working effectively in cross-cultural teams and communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders.
- Entry level familiarity with vendor technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, ARC, Audio Codes, PeterConnect, Sonus and understanding of remote console and redundancy concepts.
