About This Role
- Manage and mentor an IAM practice team delivering Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) engagements, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
- Provide technical leadership for complex IGA projects, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and overseeing delivery across multiple accounts.
- Lead development and maturation of the IGA practice, collaborate with internal partners and manage customer, sales, and project teams to drive project success.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IAM domain focused on developing, implementing, or architecting IGA projects.
- At least 4+ years of people management experience with responsibility for a team of 10+ consultants.
- Extensive hands-on experience with IGA solutions such as SailPoint ISC and/or Saviynt required.
- Position requires reporting onsite in Bangalore office 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leader capable of managing multiple large, complex IGA implementations and high-level client engagements.
- Experienced in driving initiatives from problem framing through execution with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Technically adept in IAM standards and tools with a process-oriented mindset and ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
