About This Role
- Manage and coordinate the planning and control of CAPEX & OPEX budgets for engineering and operational expenses in collaboration with Chief Engineering.
- Ensure 100% uptime and proper functioning of all M&E systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, and cafeteria equipment through adherence to maintenance schedules and vendor coordination.
- Handle statutory compliance, records management, maintenance schedules, reporting, and assist in audits and emergency procedures at the facility in Navi Mumbai.
