About This Role
- Process and validate customer invoices using Ariba and JD Edwards systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing procedures.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, reconcile billing accounts, prepare month-end reports, and handle billing discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve billing issues and support auditing and process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with JDE E1 financial software is advantageous.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Gurugram, India.
- Work Experience Required: 3-6 years specified in the JD.
