About This Role
- Implement, deploy, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models and AI solutions based on requirements.
- Provide Level 3 production support for AI applications, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system health monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI platforms, maintain documentation, and ensure reliable operation of AI-powered applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or related technical roles including production support or technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with AI technologies such as AI agent architectures, AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), NLP, and vector databases.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Bengaluru, KA.

- Experienced individual contributor skilled in bridging AI development and operations to ensure consistent AI solution delivery and system reliability.
- Proficient in AI model integration, tuning, and production issue diagnosis in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
