About This Role
- Own Salesforce data quality management including cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, migration, and integrity monitoring.
- Implement and maintain data governance standards, perform audits, and ensure compliance across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable business insights and support KPI tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Data Analysis or Data Governance.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Standard and Custom Objects, Reports, Dashboards, and Salesforce Security Model including Profiles and Permission Sets.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large enterprise Salesforce implementations and familiar with Financial Services Cloud preferred.
- Capable of managing cross-functional stakeholder collaboration including Salesforce admins, developers, and business teams.
- Skilled in data migration, integration processes, and maintaining data governance frameworks within regulated environments.
