About This Role
- Lead strategy, planning, execution, and governance of platform IBOR Conversion during Alpha implementations across front, middle, and back office operations.
- Manage end-to-end data conversion lifecycle including requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Oversee a team (10-20 members) to meet onboarding goals and ensure high-quality conversion outcomes within tight deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 18 years of overall industry experience with at least 9 years in financial services (Investment Management/Asset Management preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets operations in Middle, Back, and Front Office including Securities, Loans, IBOR/ABOR, Transaction Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Technology required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access) and project management software.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader managing large-scale client-facing Data Conversion projects involving complex multi-office workflows.
- Demonstrated expertise in mapping legacy system data flows to in-house platforms and resolving conversion data discrepancies.
- Capable of working under pressure with strong external and internal client interfacing skills and managing a sizable team in a fast-paced environment.
