About This Role
- Extract and publish periodic MIS reports, dashboards, infographics, and data dumps ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to top management and stakeholders.
- Provide data to sales management to support sales driving activities across the contact center.
- Ensure compliance with control guidelines, audits, RCSA, and respond to adhoc data requests promptly and accurately.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year MIS experience.
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel (including VBA/Macro, H lookup, V lookup, Power Pivots), MS Access, and infographic tools.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of MIS experience.
