About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of scalable software managing Kubernetes clusters at Salesforce.
- Oversee integration and evaluation of open-source technologies into the Kubernetes platform software stack.
- Manage and mentor a software engineering team, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Related technical degree required.
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams on fast-paced technical projects.
- Experience with large scale distributed systems, microservices, or distributed architecture.
- Scrum Master experience required; familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability operating in environments managing large Kubernetes infrastructures and open source cloud-native tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Argo, Spinnaker).
- Experienced in full software lifecycle for public-facing products with short release cycles.
- Strong leadership in mentoring engineers and aligning cross-team technical strategies.
