About This Role
- Manage a team of associates including associates and SMEs to lead revenue analytics and process improvements in US healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, TATs, and MIS reporting while preventing revenue leakage and identifying reimbursement opportunities.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with US teams, manage team performance, attrition, engagement, training, and conflict resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or college.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US healthcare and at least 2 years in a team lead or associate manager role.
- Knowledge of basic SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Must be flexible to work in a 24x7 environment.

- Experienced in end-to-end US healthcare revenue cycle processes including contract models, reimbursement methodologies, denial analytics, and appeals.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with complex data and technology to improve process efficiency.
- Capable of managing dynamic teams in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare setting with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
