About This Role
- Design and implement scalable, robust Java and Scala-based technical solutions including APIs, application logic, and microservices architecture.
- Lead and mentor junior team members while producing high-quality code adhering to best practices and participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate globally with technologists and business users across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to deliver cloud-ready applications and drive innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of total experience with at least 4 years in Core Java, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, microservices, and related frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent such as M.Tech, MCA, or MBA.
- Proficient in database technologies (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, DB2) including complex SQL and performance tuning.
- Experience with Linux, Python/Perl/Unix shell scripting, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git in Agile development environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and implementing cloud or cloud-ready, highly scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant microservices.
- Comfortable leading technical teams and managing communication with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions.
- Operates effectively in Agile and DevOps environments with a strong focus on quality code and continuous integration/deployment.
